Corporate Chef

As Corporate Chef with K2 Restaurants, Luis has been fundamental in the development of culinary programs for new restaurant concepts.  Prior to joining K2, Luis served as Executive Sous Chef at Waterman’s Harbor in Dana Point where he created the menu, grew the culinary team and established operational standards for the restaurant recognized for “Best Seafood” by the Golden Foodie Awards.  Prior, Torres diligently developed his culinary acumen at buzzy restaurants including Pink Taco and Katsuya, and opened acclaimed hotels including Montage Beverly Hills and Deer Valley, where he was presented with the Montage Masters Award. Torres also served as Sous Chef under James Beard Award Winning Chef John Cuevas at The Loft in Laguna Beach during the time of his nomination.
